We Manufacture a Range of Airbags for Flowstopping
Cut
Batch production using templates ensures the airbags' consistency and performance. We cut individual parts in all materials, such as nylon, canvas, and PVC, in various colourways to suit pressure ratings, applications, or the utility company's corporate colours.
Sew
We have a depth of experience in our sewing team. They are capable of detailed sewing ensuring quality assurance across the manufacture.
Assemble and Test
The assembly team checks each bladder before final assembly to the specifications. Once inserted into the airbag and fixed with its brass collar, the bag is blown up fully and left for 24 hours to ensure no leakage.

Flowstopping is a safe, easy-to-use, and cost-effective system for maintaining, repairing, and modifying distribution networks while preserving the continuity of supply. The entire procedure is gas-free, and carried out through an arrangement of valves. Our sister companies , ALH- Systems and Pipe Equipment Specialists, supply the complete package, including drilling machines, plug insertion equipment and flowstopping bags.
